We enjoy celebrating good behaviour and positive learning attitudes. We promote good behaviour on both an individual and collective basis and we reward good behaviour and effort in a variety of ways:
✓ We use verbal praise in a variety of ways as an effective means of reward.
✓ We present Worker of the Week (WOWs) certificates for academic achievement and effort in the
Friday Achievement Assembly.
✓ St Faith’s Cross Certificates are awarded weekly for displaying the school’s values.
✓ Stickers are given by dinner staff for consistent and outstanding behaviour during the week at
