At. St. Faith's, we believe that all are made of equal value, and because of this deserve an equitable learning provision to fulfil their potential: “…for in Jesus Christ you are all children of God through faith, … There is neither Jew nor Greek, male nor female, slave nor free, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:26–28
We also know that, unfortunately, in any organisation where there are people together that there is the potential for bullying to occur. We take responsibility for tackling bullying proactively and reactively very seriously.
Proactively, children are taught what bullying is, the different forms it can take, and what they need to do about it.

Reactively, we will adopt any one of a number of different approaches, depending on the specific circumstances. The approaches have been adopted from an Australian model called Bullystoppers, and includes:
